Back to Bletchley in October for
the Bucks Oxon & Berks Show again. This time they both won their
Open classes and both got Best of Breed! This was Wenceslas's third
premier Certificate, so he was made up to Premier status.
At the Kensington Kitten & Neuter in November, Wenceslas won
the Open Class, got Best of Breed and won the Premier Class, gaining
a certificate towards a Grand Premier title. He repeated this triumph
at the National Cat Club Show in December, winning a lovely rosette
as their “Premier of Premiers”! Winifrid, who accompanied him to
this Show, won her Open Class and got Best of Breed. This gave her
a third Challenge Certificate and she was made up to Champion.
Twinkle went to the Supreme Cat Show in November and got her first
Grand Challenge certificate.
Wenceslas went to some new Shows this year, including the London
Cat Club, the Norsk Skogkatt (where he won the Maggie Mae Trophy)
and The Three Counties, in Southampton, where he got a Reserve Grand.
He went to the National again in December and won the Open Class
and got Best of Breed, then, in January this year, he got his third
Certificate at the Capital
Long Hair Show and was made up to a Grand Premier.
